What is the service fee for using ACeS outside Thailand and calling back to Thailand?
If ACeS is being used within Asia, the service fee will be the same rate as using in Thailand and the service is provided 24 hrs. For example, if customers want to call from Indonesia back to Pattanee, they just use the area code of Pattanee following with destination number.
In case anyone who want to call back to ACeS, that one just press 01 following with ACeS number. The service fee for calling back to ACeS which is using outside Thailand is the same rate as calling back to ACeS which is registered in BKK.
Does ACeS' s Customer Care available 24 hrs?
The Customer Care provides the service on the information of credit balance and adding the money through the number 0-2100-4000 or 4000 ( free calling from AceS phone) 24 hrs everyday.
What is Credit Remain?
Credit Remain = Credit limit – the service fee Credit limit is the amount of the service fee that is permit to the customer. The company will give 5,000 baht for the credit for each number.
The service fee is the amount of the service that are billed plus the the amount of the service which are unbilled.
How is the customer check their Credit Remain?
Credit Control & Collection Department will notice the balance of Credit Remain when the balance left at 500 baht. The customer can check their information at 02-1003394 or 02-1003398.
Why the service is cancelled?
The cancellation is caused by 2 cases: first, the customer hold 2 bills or second, Credit Remain is completed.
In case the customer buy Cell phone , Accessories or Refill Cards at the head office, could they pay by Check
The company cannot accept up country check due to very long clearing process. The company prefer the customer to transfer check to company’s account.
Does ARS provide phone for rent?
ARS provides both weekly rent and monthly rent. The customer can have a service at head office at Cheangwattana Road or get more details at customer care at 0-2100-4000
Can the customer have a detail of the service on Pre-Paid System?
Both the customer in ACeS Ready Service and ACeS Contax can have a detail of the service by getting the form the customer care with the fee as the followiing:
1) 535 baht (including vat) per each request and can have the detail of the service 30 days.
2) 2,140 baht (including vat) for the entire year. The customer get the summary at the end of each month by letter.
If the customers lose the SIM card, how they have to do?
Registration User ,The customer should immediately call to call center to temporary cancel the service. After that the customer have to send the copy of id card with the certify true on the copy to confirm the cancellation to the call center. In case of corporate account , the customer have to send the copy of Company Registering Document which valid no more than 3 months and the copy of authorised committee and certify true and send fax to call center. The customer have to notified and can bring a notify to the police with the copy of the Identification card to buy the new sim card with the old number in the price of 535 baht (including vat) at any our store.
Pre-Paid System : can buy the new starter kit with the new simcard and new number with the price 3,000 baht (including 1,500 baht for free calling). The customer cannot have a new simcard with the old number.
How to calculate income tax for service payment of Corporate Account ?
Calculate the income tax by
before vat as the following:
1. Monthly Fee : rate = 5%
2. Airtimes : rate = 3 %
What is the requirement for deliver Withholding Tax Certificate?
1. What is the requirement for deliver Withholding Tax Certificate?
2. For the case of transfering through Bank,
2.1 Fax Pay in Slip with Withholding Tax Certificate at 02-1003415
2.2 Mail the original of Withholding Tax Certificate within 5 days after the payment date. ( If the company do not get all documents within the due date, company cannot do the backward record for The service fee )
